Youth Mentorship

Seven-T-One Youth Mentoring Programmes provide a formal process of short listing and matching young people with a responsible highly skilled adult. Each programme ensure a young person works alongside a mentor in an area identified (vocational; social; professional development). It is a process of ushering and supporting a young person into adulthood and equipping them with the skills they need to excel in life.

We work in partnership with community initiatives to identify the highest areas of need and address issues that are central to and affect the youth. All mentors are enhanced CRB cleared; commitment is required from both the mentor and mentee with clear objectives agreed at the start. Regular reviews are maintained to monitor progress.
